One of the most loved comedy films Hera Pheri is about to make its entrance into the trilogy. Earlier, it was reported that the third chapter would see daylight, and now the cast of the same has been revealed. For a long time, the third part was in high demand. 

Since the release of Hera Pheri and Phir Hera Pheri decades ago, Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and Suniel Shetty have become one of the most adored comedic trios. The movie quickly gained cult status. Kartik Aaryan has joined the cast of the third instalment, which is currently in production, according to Paresh Rawal.

It was confirmed in a bizarre Twitter post. A Twitter user, seemingly a fan of Akshay Kumar, tagged Paresh Rawal and asked whether the reports of Kartik Aaryan joining the cast of Hera Pheri 3 were true. The veteran actor confirmed it by replying, “Yes its true.” Take a look at the thread below:

Some fans are overjoyed that Kartik Aaryan will be joining the cast, while others are disappointed. Though it has not been confirmed that Akshay Kumar will be donning a role in the upcoming threequel, or Kartik Aaryan is replacing him. Also, rumours have circulated that Akshay Kumar may soon bring back the Hera Pheri, Welcome, and Awara Pagal Deewana franchises. Recent reports, however, indicated that Akshay was not persuaded by the sequels' vision.

Meanwhile, producer Firoz Nadiadwala had previously confirmed Hera Pheri 3 with its original cast members: Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, and Paresh Rawal, on a talk show. He told, “You’ll get to see it very soon with the same star cast – Akshay ji, Paresh bhai and Suniel ji. The story is in place, and we are working on certain modalities. It’ll be made in the same way, retaining the innocence of the characters. We can’t take past achievements for granted. So, we have to be extra careful in terms of our content, story, screenplay, characters, mannerism etc.”
