Gujarat Government To Implement UCC Before Election? Know All About The UCC

All we know is that elections are coming in Gujrat soon. But before the elections, the Gujarat government announced a big change in the state that is implementing UCC. 

The Uniform Civil Code has always been a big matter for BJP. If UCC implements it in the state then it will be beneficial for the BJ in the aspect of elections that are coming in December 2022. 

UCC (Uniform Civil Code) which says that people from any religion and community should have equal rights. There should be no differences and privileges on the basis of their religion.

In Gujrat, the legislative election will take place this year. But before this election, it is reported that the Uniform Civil Code will be implemented soon in the state. The state government will have a brainstorm in the cabinet meeting. 

The Home Minister of Gujarat Harsh Sanghvi will have a Press Conference on the day. It is expected that during this Formation of the committee the brainstorming on the Uniform civil code will be announced. Therefore the retired judge will preside over this meeting. 

This is how Gujarat can become the first state which will introduce the Uniform Civil Code in the country. Before Gujarat, it was Uttarakhand where the committee for the meeting of the Uniform Civil Code was introduced.

UCC has always been at the top of the list of challenges in front of the BJP party. After Ram Mandir, UCC is the second priority for the BJP party. And it will help them in the perspective of the election. BJP always remains in the favour of UCC, that there will be equal rights for the people who live in this country. 

There should be no different arrangements on the basis of religion and 

There should be uniform arrangements on issues like marriage, divorce, and property.
