Awareness programme on “E-shram” organised at Panchayat Marhar

Labour department Udhampur today organized an awareness camp on E-Shram, here at Panchayat upper Malhar.The event was chaired by Block Development Council Chairman Balwan Singh in presence of Deputy Labour Commissioner, Vinakshi Koul.

Assistant Labour Commissioner, Pradyot Gupta briefed the participants about the benefits of e-shram portal and also informed that 93% of the target has been achieved. Moreover they were informed that awareness /registration camps are being held with the help of VLEs at Panchayat level to cover left out 7% beneficiaries.

Speaking on the occasion, the chairperson BDC apprised the general public about the benefits of the E-shram Portal. Among others,  Uttam Singh, Sarpanch,  Bimla Devi Panch, Mohan Singh panch, Gopal Sharma Panch and other PRIs were also present on the occasion.
