District admin felicitates CEO Kathua under Swachhta Hi Seva Program

On the eve of Gandhi Jayanti, District Administration Kathua recognised the Proactive participation of Chief Education Officer P.L Thappa and presented him a certificate of Appreciation under Swachhta Hi Seva Programme organised by Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.

P. L. Thappa, who joined as CEO Kathua last year, played a vital role in the programme conducted from 15 September to 2 October by the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Kathua.He motivated the students and Teachers of Government Schools to participate in Swachhta Hi Sewa programme and made the programme a grand success in every nook and corner of the Distt.

D.C. Kathua, Rahul Pandey  presented him a certificate of appreciation for his exemplary contribution in this programme.The teachers of the District send him their best wishes and congratulated him on this achievement.
