In the year 2016, Bathinda police encountered gangster Davinder Bambiha in the Rampura Phul area who was attacked in an encounter with the police. He was known as a sharpshooter from the beginning. 

This gangster flew away from police custody for 17 months, and he was trying to threaten to kill his enemies by writing posts on his social media account Facebook.

Notorious shooter Davinder Singh Bambiha and his accomplice Sarvjit Singh alias Sharani have been wanted by the police in Gujarat and Maharashtra, including Punjab.

There are many cases registered against them, including the killing of an uncle and nephew. On September 14, 2013, both the accused escaped by dodging the police during the production in Faridkot in the double murder case.

By posting through his social media account on Facebook, he wrote “Hello sare veera nu sab to pehla sat sri akal.. Jo mera veer apna group join karna oh veer whatsapp message karo”. “Hello to all my brothers, First of all Sat Sri Akal to all of you. Whosoever my brother wants to join my group can message me on whatsapp”.

The gangsters of Punjab are daily posting this kind of content on their social media handles. While watching all this stuff on these social media accounts, the youth of the state get motivated to commit crimes because they think if gangsters can do the crimes but the police can't do anything against them, then how could the take the action against us? 

Or by posting the statement through the gangsters' account, which is Sultan Davinder Bambiha Group, they are shamelessly posting this content and instigating or motivating the youth to commit crimes or join such gangs.

On the other hand, Punjab police try to stop all the gangster groups that are spreading hate in the state. Many times, gangsters make videos of their prominence to the youth so that they can attract the youth by showing all this fake fame and they will engage the youth with them.
