Daler Mehndi Released & Gets Bail in Human Trafficking Case, Reveals Singer’s Lawyer

A very prominent personality in Punjab was sentenced to two years' imprisonment by the Patiala court in 2003 in the case of human trafficking.

The famous Punjabi singer, Daler Mehndi, was sentenced to imprisonment when he was cached in the case in which he had been for human trafficking abroad. He was sentenced to imprisonment for two years on July 14 

Also has registered against him and his brother, Shamsher Singh, who died in 2017 and two others, they have taken money to the tune of Rs 1 crore on the pretext of taking them abroad.

The complainant, Bakshish Singh has released that the deal never matured and the accused failed to return the money. This whole case was registered in 2003, after the registration, the singer Daler Mehndi was arrested and Patiala court sentenced him to imprisonment for two years. He spent a few days behind bars.

His younger brother, singer Mika, also accompanied him during this case in 2003, had to beat a hasty retreat near the police station when an "organised" mob surrounded their vehicles.
