Thyroid is a very common health problem among the people of India. Thyroid diseases are a common worldwide Health problem also in India. According to a projection from various studies on thyroid disease, it has been calculated that around 42 million people in India suffer from the disease Thyroid.Thyroid is a kind of disease which is different from other diseases like:

If we talk about the patients of thyroid around worldwide then there are 200 million patients who are suffering from this disease. It is calculated that around 40% of the world population,2.8 thousand million people are at high risk of Iodine deficiency.

How This Problem Start & Its Causes:

Food To Eat In Thyroid:

Always take better food if you're suffering from any critical disease, whether all these tips are recommended by the doctors. But still there are some meals that you should eat during this disease.

Vegetables:Green vegetables are highly recommended by our elders also,that they have high vitamins, proteins and minerals. Vegetables like cruciferous vegetables(cabbage,cauliflower)are highly beneficial in moderate amounts.

Meat: Meat is also a highly preferred food in this disease including lamb, chicken.

Eggs:Eggs are also beneficial as they include iodine and selenium, which is found in yolk, and the white part of the egg is full of protein.

Dairy: Dairy items like milk, cheese and yoghurt are also enriched with proteins and vitamins.

Fruits: Fruits are adopted in these diseases like berries, bananas, oranges, tomatoes etc.

As per norms we all know that the diseases are rapidly capturing the human beings and we are still unaware of such diseases. So it is in our hands that we should eat healthy,drink water as much as we can or consume more healthy vegetables and carbohydrates.
