Block Diwas held at Waskoora Handwara, Kuligam Lolab

On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Block Diwas was held at Waskoora Handwara which was chaired by Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Handwara, Nazir Ahmad Mir.Executive Engineer R&B, XEN I&FC, Tehsildar, besides, PRIs, general public and representatives from various departments attended the day long block diwas function.

On the occasion, the PRIs put forth their day to day developmental issues before the ADC.The ADC heard them patiently and passed on spot directions to the concerned officers for redressal of the issues raised by PRIs.

Later, the ADC visited the dumping site at Waskoora village during which the ADC directed concerned to ensure proper cleanliness in the area.Block Diwas was also held at Kuligam Lolab which was chaired by SDM Lolab, Aijaz Ahmad Bhat. BDC Chairperson Wavoora, PRIs and general public participated in the block diwas function.
