Inaugurates clinics at Bhandal Bet and Sujokalia villages

On the 75th Independence Day the Punjab Government has started 2 Aam Aadmi Clinics in district Kapurthala, which were inaugurated on Monday by Deputy Commissioner Kapurthala Mr Vishesh Sarangal.The district will get 5 clinics in first phase out of which 2 has been started today at Bhandal bet and Sujokalia villages.

While inaugurating the Aam Aadmi Clinics at Bhandal Bet and Sujokalia , Deputy commissioner said that this people friendly initiative of the Punjab government would provide the best treatment facilities to the people at their doorsteps.

These clinics will provide OPD services, immunization facilities, maternity services, family planning facilities, free lab tests, free medicines etc .

Highlighting the unique features of these clinics, Deputy commissioner informed that these clinic will have a Medical officer , clinical assistant, pharmacist, helpers etc from 8 AM to 2 PM. He appealed the people to take maximum advantage of the treatment facilities through these clinics as 41 types of medical tests would be done free of cost in these clinic.

On this occasion, the Deputy Commissioner reviewed the stock of medicines, the facility of medical tests and interacted with  the patients at these facilities, who appreciated this effort of the Punjab government. These clinics will also maintain the complete clinical data of the patients so that he/she can get treatment from any clinic in the entire State.

On this occasion, the leaders of Aam Aadmi Party from Sultanpur Lodhi Sajjan Singh Cheema, Gursharan Singh Kapur, Gurpal Singh Indian, Parminder Singh Dhot, Civil Surgeon, SMO of Tibba Hospital Dr. Mohanpreet Singh , Dr Rajeev Bhagat , Dr Sandeep Bhola and a number of people from the respective villages were also present.
