Finally! Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover have released an official statement about their pregnancy following days of rumours and secrecy. The couple shared pictures of themselves from their pregnant photo shoot along with a touching letter. The couple has dropped a slew of pictures along with a long heartfelt note.
In the first picture, Karan was seen caressing Bipasha's growing belly, and in the second, he was seen kissing it. The couple's poetry served as the announcement's introduction, and a thank-you note served as its conclusion. And then speaking of the caption, it reads, “A new time, a new phase, a new light adds another unique shade to our prism of life. Making us a little more whole than we used to be. We began this life individually and then we met each other and from then we were two. Too much love for only two, seemed a little unfair for us to see...so soon, we who once were two will now become three.”
The note continues, “A creation manifested by our love, our baby will join us soon and add to our glee Thank you all, for your unconditional love, your prayers and good wishes as they are and will always be a part of us. Thank you for being a part of our lives and manifesting with us another beautiful life, our baby Durga Durga (sic).”
Before, speculation about her pregnancy emerged after viewers noticed her growing baby belly in pictures the actor posted at an Eid party. But the couple chooses to remain silent. Again, after the rumours went away, the news sparkled in July that Bipasha and Karan were prepared to become parents. The famous couple took their time before sharing the "wonderful news" with the world, and they finally did so on August 16.
Speaking of the duo, Karan Singh Grover and Bipasha Basu met while filming the 2015 movie Alone. The pair were wed in April 2016 in accordance with Bengali customs. Later, they organised a gathering for their business associates, and several Bollywood celebrities were there. In the web series "Dangerous," the couple co-starred.
