Since Ranveer Singh's Viral Nude Photoshoot, Indore Residents 'Donate' Clothes To Him

Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh's naked photoshoot went viral on social media. Since then, Ranveer Singh has been making headlines after his controversial nude photoshoot for a magazine cover in India.Protests are being held and several FIRs have also been lodged around the country against the actor for posting nude pictures on his Instagram account and allegedly 'hurting women's sentiments'.
Some people loved it, while others were outraged because it was set in India. People in Madhya Pradesh's Indore have taken Ranveer's nakedness in the photos, which has nothing to do with them, far too personally. An NGO is reportedly organizing a clothing drive for the actor.

The 'Padmaavat' actor is being brutally trolled on social media, and now an NGO in Indore has organized a clothing donation drive for him in protest of his photoshoot.

According to PTI, an application was filed with Mumbai Police on Monday seeking the registration of a First Information Report (FIR) against Ranveer for "hurting the sentiments of women" through his nude photographs on social media.

The police of a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) based in the east Mumbai suburb of Chembur filed the complaint at the Chembur police station.
According to the official, the complainant claimed that the actor had hurt women's feelings and insulted their modesty through his photographs. The complainant requested that the actor be charged under the Information Technology Act and various sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Now the protesters have kept a box and put up a banner which reads, "Mere Swachh Indore Ne Thana Hai, Desh Se Mansik Kachra Bhi Hatana Hai (Indore has decided to remove mental waste from the country)."

Protesters claimed that Ranveer Singh was a youth icon with a large following. This type of photoshoot demonstrates 'cheap popularity' and may have an impact on today's youth.' The protestors demanded that this be stopped.
