After the encounter of Sidhu Moosewala’s murderers, Jagroop Singh Roopa and Manpreet Singh alias Mannu Kussa, a call recording regarding the Sidhu Moosewala murder case has been going viral all over the internet. If rumours are to be believed, then it is said that the conversation was between Lawerence Bishnoi and one of Sidhu’s shooters.

If you have heard of the call recording, you must have heard that one of the shooters who killed Sidhu Moosewala on May 29 and Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, who was detained at Tihar Jail at the time, spoke on an intercepted phone. According to reports, the call was made immediately after the murder of Singer. Bishnoi was notified by the unidentified shooter that Moosewala had died.

But right after the recording went viral like a storm, police officials said they brought gangster Lawrence Bishnoi to the Cyber Crime Cell in Phase IV, Mohali for taking his voice samples. After the result came out, the officials of the Punjab Police have disproved the viral call recording.

As per the reports of trusted news portals, a police officer who interrogated Lawrence has stated, ‘It is not Lawrence Bishnoi’s voice in the phone recording. We know his voice. If a shooter will call his master about the successful work, he would inform him excitedly in the first breath. Not after firstly asking if he (Lawrence) was free to talk.’

Hence, the viral recording is fake and the two people speaking on the call recording is not Lawrence Bishnoi. Moreover, the police also keep samples of the voices of gangsters so that even if they change their disguise, they can be identified by their voices.
