National Youth Awardee Besar Dass Harnot of Gram Panchayat Chanavag, District Shimla met Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh here today and sought his blessings. Chief Minister appreciated Shri Besar Dass Harnot for his valuable services in social sector especially in rural areas by making people aware about health, education, sanitation and environment issues.
