Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today participated in the plantation drive organized by Bharatiya Janata Party Shimla Mandal at Khalini on the occasion of birth anniversary of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee.On this occasion, the Chief Minister paid floral tribute to Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee.

The Chief Minister said that Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee devoted his entire life for the unity and integrity of the country. His high ideals have always inspired the countrymen.On this occasion, Urban Development Minister Suresh Bhardwaj said that the high ideals, thoughts and service spirit of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee would continue to inspire us.

HP State Child Welfare Council General Secretary Payal Vaidya, BJP Mandal President Rakesh Sharda, State General Secretary Kisan Morcha Sanjeev Deshta, office bearers of BJP and other dignitaries were present.
