Bholaa: Ajay Devgn To Direct Next Hindi Remake Of Tamil Film ‘Kaithi’ After Runway 34. Release Date Inside

After receiving positive reviews from critics upon release, Runway 34, directed by Ajay Devgn, has recently been receiving positive reviews from viewers when it made its OTT platform debut. The actor has repeatedly demonstrated his enthusiasm for film directing. During the Runway 34 publicity campaign, Ajay Devgn spoke candidly about his desire to regularly direct movies and even acknowledged that he is currently working on several screenplays. And now it has been learned that Devgn will don the director's hat a fourth time after helming U Me Aur Hum, Shivaay, and Runway 34.

According to our sources, Ajay Devgn will be helming the action thriller, Bholaa. It features himself alongside Tabu, and is presently on floors. "Ajay has been shooting for Bholaa at regular intervals at multiple locations since the month of January. In-fact, he commenced an important schedule of the film in Hyderabad last month without much noise around the same. He is all set to finish the principal photography of Bholaa by August 20," revealed a source close to the development.

In the action-packed thriller, Devgn will be seen performing some raw action scenes, and he has been very excited about shooting them with a fresh lens. "Ajay is among the most technically sound directors, and he has conceptualised unique action set pieces for Bholaa," the source informed. He then adds that the movie moves into the post-production stage from the month of September to get the film ready for a March 30, 2023 release. Moreover, the film is a Hindi remake of the Tamil film ‘Kaithi’. 

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ajay Devgn was previously seen in Runway 34 which was released in April 2022. He will next be seen in Indra Kumar's Thank God with Sidharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet Singh.
