DDC Reasi listens to people’s issues at far flung Panchayat Ladh in Gulabgarh

Deputy Commissioner Reasi, Babila Rakwal today conducted a public outreach camp  at Ladh Gulabgarh.The Deputy Commissioner patiently listened to the demands and grievances while interacting with the PRIs and locals. She directed the concerned officers to ensure time bound redressal of  issues projected by the public and their representatives.

Prominent issues raised by Vice Chairperson Sajra Qadir included provision of light  alongside   major roads in Gulabgarh area,  awareness  camps for educating the people about Government schemes under IEC campaign , provision of Drinking water supply  to every household , Tapping of Tourism potential of the area viz  Aagshi, Dewal marg, Ban, Arital, Nikkan and  Kousar Nag,  health facilities with modern infrastructure, meeting shortage of doctors,  repair & upgrading of school infrastructure, meeting shortage of teachers, blacktopping of PMGSY and PWD roads & payment of compensation to the land owners and for the demolished structures at an earliest.

The DC Reasi issued on the spot directions to the line departments for speedy disposal of grievances and improvement of the delivery system of services. She directed for completion of developmental works within stipulated time and extension of benefits of Centrally Sponsored Schemes like MGNREGA, PMAY,Ayushman Bharat ,Pradhan Mantri Kissan Samman Nidhi Yojna and other schemes in a transparent manner. The camp was also attended by PO, ICDS Anwar Bandey; ACD, CHO, CAO, DSHO among other district officers.
