DDC Kishtwar reviews functioning of online services, implementation of deliverables

District Development commissioner Kishtwar Ashok Sharma today sought complete switch over of 178 services of different departments to online mode in consonance to the realization of targets under developmental deliverables rolled out by the Jammu and Kashmir Government.

Chairing a meeting of District Officers, he reviewed the functioning of online schemes and achievements under different deliverables in the district.The meeting was attended by Joint Director Planning Mohd Iqbal; CAO S K Bhagat; CAHO Dr Sanjay Kumar Sen; CMO Dr Chander Prakash; ALC Kishtwar Amit Kumar; DYSSO  Kharati Lal Sharma, besides other district officers.

Pertinent to mention that the Jammu and Kashmir Government has started 178 online services of 23 departments which  are being taken up for integration with the Rapid Assessment System (RAS) with an aim to provide  a trigger-based digital reach-out to citizens seeking feedback on the quality of services availed by them.

The District Development Commissioner asked all the concerned district officers to redouble their efforts to link all online services with respective timelines as prescribed under the Public Service Guarantee Act (PSGA).

Reviewing the progress achieved in meeting different Deliverables, he asked the district officers to saturate and update the parameters and furnish  the fortnightly achievements to his office.He further exhorted upon the District officers to create mass awareness about the online services so that the people take the benefit of the same.
