Now, not only Brahmastra but Ranbir Kapoor’s period dacoit action drama Shamshera is also creating buzz among the fans. While we have only seen an introductory video of Shamshera, along with a few behind-the-scenes looks of Ranbir so far, the first-look poster of Ranbir has been leaked online and it is going viral!

On their Instagram account, Ranbir Kapoor's fan page published the Shamshera poster. The poster has an orangish-yellow colour that complements the period drama aspect of the film. Ranbir seems very different in this photo than he normally does in his movies. He has a rugged appearance that may remind you of his role as Jordan in Imtiaz Ali's film Rockstar. Moreover, the film also stars Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor in pivotal roles. Further, the Ranbir Kapoor-led film Yash Raj Films is the producer of Shamshera. It is said to be set in the 1800s and tells the narrative of a dacoit tribe fighting the British for their rights and independence. The film will be released in theatres on July 22, 2022.
