Balbir Tegta, Retd. IAS Officer met Chief Minister Shri Virbhadra Singh here today after assuming the charge of Chairman, Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education, Dharamshala yesterday. Earlier, Shri Tegta was Secretary Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha.It was a courtesy call.
