DDC Kupwara reviews saturation of indicators under ADP

Directs Officers for 100% achievement of targets on ground

The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kupwara, Khalid Jahangir today convened a meeting to sensitize the concerned district and sectoral officers regarding conduct of umbrella camps at Panchayat level for saturation of indicators under Aspirational District Programme (ADP) and enrollment of beneficiaries under Centrally Sponsored Beneficiary Oriented Schemes.

Addressing the meeting, the DDC said that the schemes have to be implemented on ground as per the directions of the Government.The DDC took scheme wise review of the Aspirational indicators of various departments and stressed upon the concerned officers for cent percent achievement of the targets at Panchayat level.

He emphasized the need for visibility of the progress for which he directed the officers to submit photographs of each activity carried by them during the conduct of Umbrella Camps.The DDC sought cooperation among all stakeholders to make the district outperform on all ADP indicators.

He directed them to take PRIs onboard for saturation of the centrally sponsored schemes.Reviewing indicators under ICDS, the DDC directed the CDPOs for involvement of ASHAs and Anganwadi Workers for effective implementation of the schemes at village level.

Regarding Health sector, the DDC directed the concerned BMOs to ensure functioning of Health & Welness Centres in newly constructed buildings.Regarding Education, the DDC directed the CEO for improving overall performance of all educational institutions functioning in the district.

The DDC also took a detailed review of the ADP indicators under RDD, Agriculture, Animal/Sheep Husbandry and other departments and stressed upon the officers to ensure 100% saturation of the schemes at Panchayat level across the district.JD Planning, ACP, CMO, CEO, and concerned Officers attended the meeting.
