The habit of shaking feet is found in many people in our family & friends we usually complained about with are loved ones. Let us know something interesting about it. From the point of view of health, it does not cause any harm, but this habit indicates some deficiencies and some behavioural aspects, in the body. According to some experts, the habit of moving the legs is a sign of iron deficiency in the person's body. In such a situation, people should definitely get a checkup & follow doctor’s suggestion.There may be some other reasons listed below, have a glance:

1. Deficiency of Vitamins & Minerals in the body:

At the same time, people have this habit while sleeping at night. People move their feet even while sleeping. This work is often done by diabetic patients, but some other people also suffer from this problem. Actually, it is caused by Restless Legs Syndrome. Due to this restless legs syndrome, most people feel discomfort in the legs while sleeping. This can happen due to lack of vitamins and minerals in the body.

2.Signs of iron deficiency in women:

In women, it can be a sign of iron deficiency, while in some other people it can be a sign of vitamin deficiency. 

3. Anxiety & stress concerns:

Most people shake their feet when they are worried or stressed. Some people move their feet while thinking about something and some people move their feet while smoking or drinking alcohol. This problem can also happen due to many other reasons.

6. Anxiety disorder and restless leg syndrome:

This condition occurs when the person does not feel anything in his feet i.e. his feet feel numb. This problem occurs in the evening or at night. This is because this is the time when a person sits for a long time. So in such a situation the person doesn’t feel any feet sensation & may also feel difficulty in walking.

7. Vitamin B12 deficiency is also a big reason:

Often people do not get their vitamin B12 tested. Due to the deficiency of Vitamin B12, blood circulation type of problems can also grapple the person.

8. Keep an eye over blood circulation:

Actually, when your blood circulation is not right, then we feel pain and discomfort in the legs while sleeping at night. In such a situation, foods containing vitamin B12 can reduce this problem by improving blood circulation. They directly energise your body and relieve this discomfort. For this, you should eat things like peanuts, beans, lentils and spinach.

9. Vitamin E deficiency can also be the reason for this:

Vitamin E keeps blood vessels healthy and improves blood circulation in the veins. Actually, the lack of healthy veins affects the blood circulation. This causes discomfort in the feet. Therefore, eat foods rich in vitamin E such as pumpkin, almonds, peanuts, peanut butter and paprika.
