CM Bhagwant Mann suspended Health Minister Vijay Singla Over Corruption & removed from the cabinet

Instructions given for FIR registration:

CM Bhagwant Mann dismissed the Health Minister Dr. Vijay Singla in the bribery case & removed from the cabinet & he has also directed the police to take immediate action against Singla and register an FIR. CM Bhagwant Mann said- A bribery case came under consideration. The minister in my government was involved in it. In a contract, the minister of my government was asking for 1% commission. 

Chief Minister vowed of having strong evidences:

That's why I am taking action against that minister. I have strong evidence in this case, so action is being taken immediately. The name of the minister is Vijay Singla and the police have been instructed to register a case against him.

Singla has won the election from Mansa against Sidhu Musewala:

For your information, let us tell you that Vijay Singla joined AAP 10 years ago. In this time's Punjab assembly elections, Vijay Singla defeated famous singer and Congress candidate Sidhu Moosewala from Mansa by more than 60,000 votes.

Case of 1% commission from the contractor in the allotment of the contract:

The news is that Vijay Singla had demanded 1% commission from the contractor in the allotment of the contract. After getting solid evidence against him, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann decided to sack him from his cabinet.

AAP government is strict against corruption:

Taking action against his minister, Chief Minister Mann said that our party is strict to the core on corruption and the same has been guided by the party supremo Kejriwal. The wrong-doer will not be forgiven under any circumstances. It happens for the first time in Punjab that a Chief Minister has sacked his own minister in a corruption case.

Corruption issue was also raised in the Punjab Assembly:

People will be aware that during the Punjab Assembly elections, the Aam Aadmi Party had fiercely attacked the ruling Congress on corruption. The party had made promises to root out the deep rooted corruption in the system. Now AAP is busy fulfilling this promise. Even if he is the leader or minister of his own party, taking bribes will not be tolerated.
