To reach out to the public and to listen to their grievances at their doorstep, DDC Chairperson, Reasi Saraf Singh Nag and Deputy Commissioner, Babila Rakwal today visited far flung area of Devigarh where they jointly conducted  public grievances redressal camp.Earlier, DDC Chairperson and Deputy Commissioner, inaugurated newly constructed Panchayat Ghar  in the Panchayat. The outreach programme witnessed overwhelming participation of sarpanches, panches and general public hailing from different Panchayats of the Block Bhomag.Sarpanches, Panches  and Local inhabitants of the nearby Panchayats put forth their demands and grievances which included bringing the area on tourism map, Up-gradation of Devigarh Middle School to High school, Establishment of health sub centres, inclusion of left out beneficiaries under PMAY, meeting paucity of drinking water, improvement of Mobile services, adequate power supply, meeting shortage of Staff in Education and health institutions, Black topping of local road(s), Land compensation, Requirement of electric poles, installation of transformer, Rationalisation of teaching staff, release of Pending wage and other payments , Providing permanent bus service to Tote etc .They gave a patient hearing to the public issues and demands and passed on-spot directions for redressal of their grievances at an earliest.They asked the officers to take first hand appraisal of all the grievances of PRIs and redress the same on priority.
