Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari on Tuesday reverted to the question in an event over initiation of retailing processes of Tesla cars owned by Elon Musk highly popular, post buying Twitter, that we welcome to manufacture e-vehicles in India. While speaking at a private event in Delhi, Minister Gadkari, with little hesitation over Chinese manufacturing responded that instead of manufacturing in China and selling to India, we would more appreciate the appreciate the manufacturing here in our country and move will be supported with all due  facilities by Indian Government. 

The world has been facing the global warming crisis for decades and majority of the damage is can be attributed to vehicles with internal combustion engines. To reduce carbon emissions, almost every country has pledged to abandon conventional cars and move on to battery electric vehicles. Many measures are already in place to reduce carbon footprints in mobility, and electric cars are a huge leap in that direction.Where the world is striking with the environment related challenges comprises of carbon emission, global warming, combustion of engines and oil prices, shift towards the conventional cars is greater influential move, in which Tesla electric cars are ruling the buzz. New entrant car brand Tesla may launch the Model-3 and Model-S in 70Lakh INR, in Indian automobile sector, as per the expectations.

By the end of 2021process regarding the retailing will be on floor.
