Makers had left no stone unturned and announced back to back films to their audience. Adding to the list, the makers of Shareek 2 have now changed the release date of the most awaited film. But need not be unhappy as the release date hasn’t been pushed forward but pre-ponned. Yes, Jimmy Sheirgill’s upcoming action-drama will now be released earlier. The film is a family drama, packed with a lot of emotions and action. It is one of the highly awaited Pollywood sequels, which was delayed because of the Covid-19 crisis. However, now that the new release date has been announced, it seems finally the good days for cinephiles will be here soon.The film which was planned to release on 29 July 2022 has now been preponed and will be released worldwide in theatres on 24 June 2022. It undeniably became one of the most anticipated films of the year. After so many dates changed, now the makers have made their fans elated with this announcement. Sharing the poster, Sheirgill wrote, ‘DATE CHANGE .. APOLOGIES…now releasing on the 24th JUNE 2022’
Coming to the credits, Shareek 2 is presented under the collaborative banner of While Hill Studios, Thind Motion Films and Ohri Productions. Along with Jimmy Sheirgill and Dev Kharoud, the film stars Yograj Singh too. The story has been written by Inderpal Singh and the film has been directed by Navaniat Singh.Meanwhile, the first part was released in 2015 starring Jimmy Sheirgill, Mahie Gill, Guggu Gill, and Mukul Dev. The film has become a fan-favourite just with its release. Now, its sequel became one of the most anticipated Punjabi films ever.
