Punjabi singer-actor Kulwinder Billa who has been entertaining the audience with his songs and films has lately unveiled the release date of his most awaited film ‘Television’. While the movie lovers were waiting for the release of his upcoming film ‘Television’, the makers have pushed forward its release date. The Kulwinder Billa and Mandy Takhar starrer ‘Television’ was announced back in 2018 and since then the movie has been creating a lot of buzz.
The movie was initially slated to release in January this year, then it got pushed forward to September 13, then April 17, 2020, and so on. But now the makers have released the new poster featuring lead artist Kulwinder Billa and Mandy Takhar. The film will now see the day of light on 24 June 2022. Moreover, makers have not treated their audience with one poster but shared two. The other poster features Kulwinder Billa, Mandy Takhar, Gurpreet Ghuggi, and Prince Kanwal Jit Singh.
According to their look and poster, the movie is touted to be a period drama. According to the reports it has been said that Kulwinder Billa will be seen in a very different avatar. Further, along with Kulwinder Billa and Mandy Takhar, the movie will have Harby Sangha, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Prince Kanwal Jit Singh and BN Sharma among others in important roles. Helmed by Taj, the movie has been bankrolled by Sumeet Singh and Pushpinder Kaur. The story of the movie is penned by Mani Manjinder Singh and the dialogues are written by Raju Verma. Now, with this announcement, it seems like 2022 is going to be a big year in the history of Punjabi Cinema.
