Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab has again given Congress a big blow. On Friday, Sat Pal Dod, former Councilor and district vice president of Congress in Faridkot, joined the Aam Aadmi Party in the presence of AAP's Punjab affairs co in-charge Raghav Chaddha. Sat Pal Dod has been the Vice president of the District Congress Committee from Faridkot. Apart from this, he has also been a President of the Block Youth Congress Jaitu District and Municipal Councillor from his respective area. As a Congress’s senior leader, Dod has been a long experience working in the Congress party in different posts.

After joining Aam Aadmi Party, Sat Pal Dod said that the people of Punjab are fed up with the corrupt policies of Congress. In the party, its own people and workers are being ignored and outsiders are being given importance.Targeting the Congress, Raghav Chaddha said that the people of Punjab already want to get rid of the Congress, but since the Congress has declared Channi as the CM candidate, the party leaders are also disappointed and they have already accepted their defeat before the elections. The AAP leader said that the people of Punjab want change this time. People have decided to form the Aam Aadmi Party government by pressing the Broom ‘Jharoo’ button.
