In view of the increasing rate of corona cases in the country, Health Minister Sh. Anil Vij has come into full action mode and is personally visiting the field to take stock of the health services so that in the coming days, the health services of the corona patients will be provided and they do not face any kind of problem-related to it. In this direction, Haryana Health Minister, Sh. Anil Vij today conducted a surprise inspection at the Civil Hospital, Panchkula and examined the functioning of the PSA Oxygen Plant installed there, and also took stock of the health services in the hospital.During this, Sh. Vij interacted with the operator of the PSA plant and also got information regarding the operation of the equipment related to the plant and also gave necessary instructions to the officers present so that there would be no problem in the coming days.

Health Minister Sh. Anil Vij conducted a surprise inspection of the Civil Hospital in Sector-6, Panchkula this morning. During this, he himself checked the functioning of the PSA plant in the hospital. On this occasion, he took information about the functioning of the plant from the health officials present. After this, he also inspected the hospital premises and took stock of the health arrangements.

Talking to reporters after inspection at the Civil Hospital, Panchkula, Health Minister Anil Vij said that the state's second Genome Sequencing Lab would be set up in Panchkula. He said that with the establishment of a lab in Panchkula, there would be one lab at both ends of the state. Earlier a lab has been set up in Rohtak. He told that in the last wave of the corona, there was more problem with oxygen. For this reason, it was decided to set up PSA plants in all the hospitals. So far, 84 PSA plants have been installed in government hospitals and medical colleges of the state, while 54 plants are installed in private hospitals. He said that Haryana has become almost self-sufficient in terms of oxygen. Apart from this, ventilators, oxygen concentrators, and other equipment are also available in sufficient quantity. He checked the equipment at the Civil Hospital, Panchkula today and said that these equipments are working properly. The Health Minister said that although corona infection is increasing rapidly, but there are not many infected patients in hospitals who are in home isolation.It is worth mentioning that in view of the increasing cases of the corona, Health Minister Sh. Vij had also checked the functioning of the PSA plant by conducting a surprise inspection at the Civil Hospital, Fatehabad on December 31. He had also given directions to the officials of the Health Department that they should keep all the arrangements in the hospitals completely in order and they can come and inspect them at any time.
