Kanika Chaudhary, Special Envoy, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to India & Honorary Ambassador of Philadelphia called on Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar at Raj Bhavan , today. They discussed various issues of mutual understanding. She said that various universities in Pennsylvania could contribute in education sector.
