IET Bhaddal Technical Campus had taken initiate to open Bhaddal Centre for Training & Skill Development (CTSD) at Mohali. Dr. P. K. Tulsi, Professor Education & Management, NITTTR, Chandigarh inaugurated the centre today at Institute’s Corporate office SCF 9, Phase V, Mohali. CTSD is to integrate industry relevant skill set and a sustainable platform to hone the skills of each inpidual student needs to grow. Dr. J. S. Kanwar, Director SoET welcomed the guests, delegates faculty and students present on the occasion. He prompted that CTSD is a progressive and student friendly initiative of Bhaddal Institutes with a well-intended objective to eliminate disconnect between pure theoretical concepts taught in colleges. Students will be ready to face the outer world with great enthusiasm while working on live projects during their degree course. Speaking on the occasion, Chief Guest of the day Dr. P. K. Tulsi, Professor Education & Management, NITTTR, Chandigarh expressed that establishment of CTSD will create an avenue culture where each student has an opportunity to excel and is encouraged to realize their vision. This initiative will impart students in employability skills that cater to industry and technological needs. Dr. Bipin Malik, Director School Of Architecture Bhaddal Institutes proposed the vote of thanks. On this occasion, Mr. Surinder Singh, Vice Chairman, Mr. Ujaggar Singh, General Secretary, Mr. Sukhpreet Singh, Finance Secretary, Mr. Satyajit Sen Purkaystha, Dean Corporate Operations & Placement alongwith CO-OP Team, Mr. Gurpreet Ahuja Project Coordinator and Ms. Deepika Bhalla were also present on the ocassion.
