N.K. Sharma Inaugurates Trinity Hospital In Zirakpur

N.K. Sharma, Chief Parliamentary Secretary (Industries & commerce) Punjab, inaugurated ‘Trinity Hospital & Medical Research Institute’ at Swastik Vihar, Zirakpur today. Trinity Hospital is a state-of-the-art multi super specialty hospital and would be first in the region which has been designed under NABH guidelines right from beginning and  aims to match the highest standards of clinical care, research and education offered by the likes of Mayo, Harvard and Cleveland Clinics.

Dr. Mohinder Kaushal, Chairman and Managing Director, Trinity Hospital & Medical Research Institute, said, “My vision for Trinity Hospital is to create a medical institution, which would be good and less costly for Indians and which would apply to all five billion people of the world. There are people in Africa, Southeast Asia and Asia who cannot afford American medicines. Today, only 10 per cent of Indians are able to afford the kind of medicines that we practice. So it is our duty to come up with affordable medicare to Indian population.”“Its going to have 100 beds and over 15 critical care beds, Neonatal intensive care unit with twin Operation Theatres and separate  Septic Operation Theatre  providing Multi  Specialty services. The hospital is going to be a Centre of excellence for Orthopaedics, Arthroscopy of joints, Endoscopic Spine surgery, Sports Injuries, Joint replacement surgery including women and child health. It has a cutting-edge technology and state-of-the-art infrastructure with a well-integrated and comprehensive Hospital information system,” added Dr Kaushal.
