DC Ramban reviews status of public grievances, seeks early redress

Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, Mussarat Islam today chaired a meeting to review the action taken by the concerned departments for disposal of grievances reported on INGRAM portal by general public.The DC reviewed grievance wise progress made by the concerned departments and obtained as-on-date status. Executive Engineers of PWD and PMGSY, CAHO, BDOs and other concerned officers were present in the meeting.He stressed upon officers of the concerned departments to look into the issues reported by the general public on priority and co-ordinate citizen-friendly solutions at their own level for quick disposal of genuine complaints and grievances.The DC also discussed   grievances of complainants which are on INGRAM portal with the concerned officers and sought prompt redressal.
