Congress General Secretary G.M Shaheen Criticized State Authorities For Their Role In JammuAndKashmir. TakingStrong Note On Human Rights Violation And Spurious Drugs Blamed State Government For Its Role. There Should Be Judiciary Probe In The Matter.

While Talking To 5 Dariya News, Shaheen Said Issues Like Human Right Violation Are Put Aside By The Responsible Authorities And Are Politically Shaped And Showing Irresponsibility Towards The Matter.Critising Government About The Late Reaction On Spurious Drugs, He Said It Is Unfortunate That Numbers Of Children Have Lost Their Lives And Authorities Were Silent On The Issue.“TheseWere Not Only Substandard Drug But Also Contagions Which Took The Lives Of Innocent Children,” He Added.

He Told That Government Showed Leniency Toward This Heinous Act And No Action Was Taken Against The Culprits, While The Same Government Suspended Peerzada Sayed And Ghulam Rasool Sarwar On Less Charge. ShaheenAlleged That The Committee Was Formed Of The Members Involved In The Scandal To Look After The Issue And There Should Be Judiciary Probe On The Issue.

On Developmental Work Shaheen Said That This Time I Am Not Concentrating On Elections Rather Developmental Works Of Constituency. He Said After Four To Five Years I Feel Happy To See Developmental Going On Right Track .He Also Appreciated The Work Of pisional Commissioner And Police. “PeopleAre Happy Towards The Police Actions Against The Drug Addicts, As Number Has Decreased To Large Extent”. When Asked About The Role Of R&B And Other Departments Towards The Solution Of Problems Of People, Shaheen Replied That On Public Demand We Are Trying To Resolve Various Problems Like Repairing Of Roads, Sanitation And Other Such Issues.
