DPEO reviews arrangements for counting of votes at Kulgam

District Panchayat Election Officer (DPEO) Kulgam, Showkat Aijaz Bhat today chaired a meeting of the concerned officers to review the arrangements put in place for the counting of votes of  District Development Council (DDC) elections, Panchayat and ULB by-elections scheduled on December 22.During the meeting, threadbare discussion was held to ensure hassle free counting of polls. The DPEO emphasised upon the concerned  to work in close coordination for smooth and transparent counting process.Among others, the meeting was attended by General Observer, Assistant Commissioner Revenue and other officers.
