A delegation of Tibetan community in Shimla including Tenzin Yeshila, President of Local Tibetan Assembly, Tshering Chozom, Secretary, Tibetan Chief Representative Office, Kunchok, President, Tibetan Market Association, Shimla and Dr. Jampa called on Governor Bandaru Dattatraya at Raj Bhavan,Shimla today.They extended Diwali greetings on behalf of the community.
