15 More Patients Cured And Discharged From Covid Care Centre, Civil Hospital And Home Isolation

A total of 15 more patients including four from local civil hospital, five from Covid Care Centre in Government Meritorious School were cured and discharged besides six completed their home isolation period on Thursday. The patients were undergoing treatment in civil hospital and Covid Care Centre under the observation of dedicated teams of doctors and nursing staff led by Senior Medical Officers Dr Kashmiri Lal and Dr. Jagdish Kumar.Meanwhile, six patients completed their home isolation period today. These patients were in isolation at homes under the supervision of health teams and successfully completed their active home quarantine period today.The discharged patients hailed the zeal, commitment and devotion of the doctors, nurses and health workers during the course of their treatment. They said that doctors and nursing staff used to come and check about their health status during treatment by risking their lives.They also appreciated the state government led by the Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh for ensuring sufficient arrangements for quality treatment to them.Civil Surgeon Jalandhar Dr Gurinder Kaur Chawla said that the district administration is leading a successful fight in managing the pandemic under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Mr Ghanshyam Thori.
