I&C Deptt panel approves subsidy cases of Jammu, Doda districts

Director Industries & Commerce, Jammu, Anoo Malhotra today chaired two separate Divisional Level Committee meetings of Jammu District and Doda District  in the conference Hall Udhyog Bhawan Jammu for sanctioning of subsidy cases under the State Package of Incentives.The agenda of the meeting for the Jammu District and Doda District  was presented by Subah Mehta, General Manager, DIC Jammu [Member Secretary] and Khalid Hussain Malik General Manager DIC Doda [Member Secretary] respectively  for   the approval of 100% DG Set Subsidy and  100% subsidy on lab. / testing equipments cases by the committee .Thereafter, the agenda was discussed threadbare by the committee members comprising  Ved Parkash, Joint Director (Dev), Dr. Tabassum, Chief Accounts Officer and  Manisha Gupta (Dy. Director) P&S of Directorate of Industries & Commerce, Jammu.The committee approved three cases of D.G Set Subsidy and Lab Testing Equipment Subsidy amounting to Rs 60.58 lacs of Jammu District and one case of Lab Testing Equipment Subsidy case pertaining to Doda District amounting to Rs 6.30 lacs .Chairperson DLC stressed upon clearing all pending cases under the State Package of Incentives and directed for conducting the DLC meetings on regular intervals to clear the pendencies at DIC level  so that the benefits of subsidies can be availed by the unit holders.
