Punjab PR officers collectively joins Ardas,Offers prayers for wellbeing of entire humanity amid covid-19

In a unique initiative ‘Arjoi’ (Prayer), the Punjab PR officers offered their prayers to the Almighty for wellbeing of the mankind across the globe grappling with the deadly  Coronavirus pandemic. These officers, in line with the basic Gurmat ideology ‘Nanak Naam Charhdikala, Tere Bhane Sarbat Da Bhalla‘ has devoutedly made an humble  endeavour to recite Gurbani while staying at their homes in these trying circumstances amid COVID-19, as Ardas to redeem the ailing humanity from the pangs of this deadly  virus.PR officers also prayed for the wellbeing of frontline warriors and the patients relentlessly fighting the disease across the world besides remembering all those who lost their  lives to this pandemic.

According to Harjeet Singh Grewal, with whose inspiration this ‘Arjoi’ initiative in the form of recorded Gurbani Shabads was conceptualised to achieve this  humanitarian objective, these efforts are solely aimed at protecting the entire humanity through ‘Ardas’ in this difficult phase with the grace and blessings of ‘Akal Purkh’ to seek  enormous strength from Gurbani as enshrined in Sri Guru Granth Sahib ‘Sarab Rog Ka Aukhad Naam’.They have also disseminated the message to public to follow the directions  of their states by to be safe while staying at home amid Covid-19 pandemic. This motivational video also aptly underlines the need to follow the necessary health and hygiene  guidelines including social distancing as per central/state government’s advisories besides urging people to stay at home and be safe in their relentless battle against deadly  Coronavirus, added Grewal.
