Dr. Piyush Singla dedicates tractor mounted sprayers for sanitization

District Development Commissioner, Dr. Piyush Singla today dedicated three units of tractor equipped with sprayers one each to Municipal Committee Ramnagar and Chenani and one to Municipal Council Udhampur in presence of President Municipal Council Udhampur, Dr. Yogeshwar Gupta and Chairpersons of MC Chenani and Ramnagar.While speaking on the occasion, DDC said that all the municipalities of the district have effectively sanitized their respective areas during the pandemic COVID-19 and to further expand its domain for intense sanitization, District administration procured tractor mounted sprayers for intense and effective sanitization of   larger areas. He said that these sprayers will play an important role in effective, quick   and intense fumigation of the areas. He further said that new machines will boost the sanitization process to keep the area free from harmful disease carriers.Among others, Chairpersons MC Chenani, Manik Gupta, Chairperson MC Ramnagar, Makhan Lal, Chief Planning Officer, Rajeev Bushan, District Information Officer, Er. Sajad Bashir Somberia, CEO Municipal Council Udhampur, Santosh Kotwal, EO Municipal Committee Ramnagar/ Chenani, Dalip Abrol and staff members of MC Udhampur were present on the occasion.
