Shri Anandpur Sahib MP Manish Tewari organises a meeting (video conferencing) with the civil surgeons of the four districts of Ropar, Hoshiarpur, Nawanshahar and Mohali on health facilities in the Lok Sabha constituency on the corona infection. While Tewari praised the efforts of the Health Department in the fight against Corona, he assured that the requirements of the Department would be fulfilled.During this period, the civil surgeons of the four districts, Dr. Jasbir Singh from Hoshiarpur, Dr. Rajinder Prasad Bhatia from Nawanshahr, Dr. Manjeet Singh from Mohali and Dr. HN Sharma from Rupnagar revealed how the department is fighting the fight against Corona.Tewari praised the medical fraternity, saying that they are fighting on the front line against Corona. The result of this hard work was that Nawanshahr was once freed from Corona. The medical staff is working day and night despite having no treatment for the epidemic, they do not meet the family for several days while doing duty for hours. Similarly, he assured to raise the issue of shortage of PPE kits with the Central Government.
