District Administration comes to aid of Diabetic patient from Nayagaon

Provides insulin after receiving request on helpline

Living up to its promise of delivering essentials to needy people at their doorsteps, The District Red Cross Society and the District Administration today provided insulin to a diabetic person from Nayagaon.The person is an auto rickshaw driver and called at the helpline number 112 from where he was given the number of Drug Control Officer S. A. S. Nagar.A team of drug control officers comprising Manpreet Kaur, Jasraman Kaur and Mr. Sukhwant Singh from the District Red Cross Society reached the house of the person and handed over insulin to him.
