Mahindra Plant and Club Mahindra present face-shield to Governor

Governor Bandaru Dattatraya here today was presented face-shields by Gagandeep Singh, Cluster Head, Mahindra plant, Himachal Pradesh as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility for staff members of Raj Bhawan, Shimla, today.The Governor thanked him for their gesture and said that not only corporate sector, Non-governmental organizations and social workers in a large number providing helping hand in many ways and came forward in providing relief to poor people at the time of COVID-19 crises. "I also thank the Mahindra Group who are strengthening this fight by providing such equipments to the Corona Warrior", said Dattatraya. He said that it would also motivate the others to contribute in any way in the hour of distress. On the occasion, Gagandeep said that the Mahindra group has also provided these face-shields to medical and police staff deployed in high risk areas of COVID-19 in the state. Secretary to Governor Rakesh Kanwar, Samik Sarkar, Manager, Mahindra Resort, Mashobra and Deepak Upadhaya Food and Beverage Manager Club Mahindra Kandaghat were also present on the occasion.
