Encroached forest land retrieved in Ramban

Forest Department today retrieved encroached forest land in Gool Block in Ramban district.The drive was launched under the supervision of DFO Ramban Anwar Aftab Shah by Range Officer Gool alongwith staff and Forest Protection Force (PFP).The forest team was also accompanied by the Gool police team led by Incharge SHO who helped forest officials to a concreted structure in co.28/Ar beat mutgalla Block Gool (Range Gool). The officials said that the alleged encroachers were taking advantage of covid-19 lockdown when it was timely detected and removed by the officials.The officials said one kacha plinth and wallas were removed from the same compartment beat mutgalla Block Gool. The fresh attempt of encroachment fencing removed from the compartment number 29/Ar area one has beat Gool Block.
