DC Ramban reviews status of public grievances, functioning of Revenue department

Deputy Commissioner (DC), Ramban, Nazim Zai Khan convened a meeting of officers to review the status of action taken on public grievances pertaining to different departments  besides functioning of Revenue department. ADC, Ashok Sharma , ACR, Dhrinder Sharma, CPO, Dr. Kasturi Lal,  SDM, Ramsoo, Dilmir Chowdhary, SDM, Gool,  Gias-ul- Haq,  SDM, Banihal, Zaheer Abass, XEN PDD, XEN, PMGSY, CHO, CEO, DSWO,   Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars were present during the meeting.While reviewing status of action  taken on public issues by the officers of different department including PDD, PMGSY, Revenue, FCS and CA, Education, social welfare, Horticulture department, Banks, PWD,  PHE and RDD, DC directed them to resolve all the issues in a time bound manner to improve service delivery system. DC also reviewed the status and action taken on the  administrative issues by the SDMs and Tehsildars. He directed the officers to resolve public issues on priority basis and ensure disposal of files and applications well in  time.SDMs and Tehsildars were   directed to pay frequent visits in different areas in their respective jurisdictions to ensure availability of essential commodities and basic facilities  for common public.While reviewing the progress with regard to writing of Jamabandi, attestation of mutations and writing of Girdawari, DC directed the Tehsildars to complete the  same    and regular updation of land record so that settlement process under Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP) can be completed within the  stipulated time frame.
