Actress Bhumi Pednekar who will be collaborating with Karan Johar and Dharma productions with forthcoming period drama Takht, says the film is her dream project.

Bhumi Pednekar was seen interacting with the media on Saturday in Mumbai at the sidelines of the 4th season of 'Godrej L'Affaire'.Helmed by Karan Johar, Takht stars Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Janhvi Kapoor and Anil Kapoor in the lead roles. The movie has its screenplay done by Sumit Roy.Talking about 'Takht' movie, Bhumi said, "Takht is my dream project. To work with Karan Johar, is in every actors bucket list. For 3rd time I am collaborating with Dharma Productions. And I really can't wait to start. It's a very special film not only for me, but for every cast in the film."Bhumi Pednekar started her career as being a chubby girl but now she possess one of the most toned and fit body in Bollywood. A self-claimed food lover, she shed some light on her eating habits and love for all things tasty.Expressing her views on being foodie, Bhumi said, "I am a very big foodie. Food is something it makes you happy, it gives you comfort. Food plays a very big aspect in my life. Because it's not about just indulging, it's about eating right. I can really feel the difference, the days I indulge in and the days I am eating clean. Eating right and eating correct proportion can have a huge effect on your day. Lot of my schedule is planned around my meal so that's how important is food in my life."Takht is produced by Hiroo Yash Johar & Apoorva Mehta under the banner Dharma Productions. The movie will hit the big screen on 24 December 2021.
