Volley Ball Tournament Commences in Shopian.

South Kashmir's Volley Ball Association Shopian Organised three day Tournment at Cambridge Educational Institute Nagal village of Shopian.The Tournament is sponsored by Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council in Colloboration with Volley Ball Association Shopian.The Tournament was Inaugurated by Concerned Tehsildar Chitragam Najiullah Shah Sahab and Mr Khanday Manager of Jammu and Kashmir's Sports stadium Shopian .First match was played between Nagbal V/S Narwani which was won by Narwani and the second match was played between Trenz V/S CNEI won by CNEI ( Cambridge Noorani Education Institute).While in In Girls Category the match was played between by Iqra Club and Arbeen Club won by Iqra Club.On the occasion Tehsildar Chitragam Najiuallah Shah appreciated the organizers for conducted the Tournament in area and given opportunity the budding youth to show their talent and skill."Physical education has a great role to play in the personality development of children through sport activities and this opportunity will help all sections of Society to display their potential before world" he added. Secretary Volley Ball Association of district Shopian Mr Malik Shabir said, "To aware of youth in remote areas of the district Shopian about the I'll effects of Drug abuse and aware the masses about beneficiaries of Games and Sports" he said. He further told that this is the beginning of events in the area and many more will hold in future in Colloboration with Schools of far flung areas of Shopian.
