The State Government was committed towards overall and balanced development of the State, to ensure that Himachal Pradesh emerges as the front runner state in the matter of development.This was stated by the Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur while addressing the delegation of Shimla Rural Assembly Constituency led by MLA Vikramaditya Singh at Oak Over today.Chief Minister said that the State Government was ensuring that adequate funds were made available for projects nearing completion, so that these could be completed at the earliest.
