DDC Samba reviews progress achieved under various schemes by RDD

District Development Commissioner, Rohit Khajuria today convened a meeting of district and block level officers to review the progress achieved under various schemes executed by Rural Development Department.Assistant Commissioner (Development) Sidharath Dhiman, Chief Planning Officer, Sukhleen Kour, BDOs besides others RDD officials were also present the meeting.Assistant Commissioner Development presented a brief outlook of progress achieved by RDD in district Samba under various schemes including MGNREGA, Sawach Bharat Mission, PMAY-G, MPLAD/CDS, 14 F.C, BADP and Back to Village programme.DDC stressed for timely payments of wages, early completion of pending works besides maintaining 60:40 ratio as per guidelines under MGNREGA.Later, the DDC visited panchayats of block Ghagwal including Jatwal, Supwal, Sangwali, Tapyal and Surara to review the progress achieved by RDD under back to village programme.He was accompanied by ACD, CPO, BDO and other concerned officers during the visit.
