Again Guru Nanak Dev University won All India Inter-University Football Championship

This year again Guru Nanak Dev University in a tough competition won All India Inter University Football (women) championship 2019-20. This championship was held at KIIT University, Bhubhaneshwar (Odisha). In this championship the University has recorded its victory as unbeaten team.Vice-Chancellor Prof. Jaspal Singh Sandhu expressed his happiness over this achievement and congratulated the team, coach and the department. He also congratulated all on the eve of Lohri and said that this year Lohri celebration become double and joyble with this achievement. Dr. Sukhdev Singh, Sports Director said that in this championship Annamalai University, Tamilnadu got first runners up position and Goa University was 2nd runners up. Mr. Pardeep Kumar, Coach of Football team expressed their happiness over this achievement.
