DDC Pulwama chairs KLC meet

District Development Commissioner (DDC) Pulwama, Dr Raghav Langer, today convened a meeting to take stock of Kahcharie Land Compensation (KLC) fund expenditure here today.During the meeting, the DDC sought latest status of proposals and identification of works available under KLC funds amounting to Rs. 31 crore in 22 villages of the district.Speaking on the occasion, DDC asked the heads of the departments to work in close coordination with concerned BDO'S and local PRI's while executing these works. He directed the line departments to assure transparent tendering and fulfilment of codal formalities in this regard.The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioners of Pulwama and Tral, Assistant Commissioner Development, Chief Education Officer, District Health Officer, Executive Engineers of PHE, I&FC and R&B, CAO, Chief Animal Husbandry officer, CHO and other concerned.
